Support That Fits Your Document Workflow

When reports, manuals and other documents need regular attention, individual requests can become difficult to coordinate. We help keep recurring work organised, with a clear brief, consistent style and an agreed point of contact.

Suitable for consultants, small businesses, education and training providers, and organisational teams that need continuing editorial support.

What Ongoing Support Can Include

  • Regular editing and proofreading of reports and professional documents
  • Updates to existing policies, manuals, course materials and other approved content
  • Formatting, layout checks and preparation of document sets
  • Consistent terminology, tone, referencing and use of your style guide
  • Recurring report and presentation production using supplied information
  • Editorial support for a defined series of publications or resources

Agree the Work Before It Begins

We start by reviewing the documents, typical workload, review cycle and delivery requirements. Your proposal sets out the document types, expected volume, priorities, available capacity and turnaround arrangements.

The engagement may be scoped as a defined batch, a recurring project or a continuing support arrangement. Pricing and payment terms are confirmed in the quotation; ongoing support does not imply unlimited requests or guaranteed immediate availability.

How the Arrangement Works

  1. Review your needs. Share examples, expected volume, deadlines and your current approval process.
  2. Set the scope. Agree the work included, service period, fees, request process and review stages.
  3. Submit and review. Send agreed requests and source files; your nominated reviewer provides consolidated feedback.
  4. Deliver and reassess. Receive the agreed outputs and review workload or priorities when requirements change.

Clear Responsibilities and Consistent Files

You provide current source information, approved facts and relevant templates. We edit or develop the agreed documents and return files in the confirmed formats. You retain final approval and responsibility for technical, regulatory and organisational accuracy.

Version naming, tracked changes, a shared style guide and handover notes can be included where useful. New document types, additional volume or urgent work are reviewed and quoted before they are added.

Common Questions

Is a monthly arrangement available?

A recurring schedule can be discussed if it suits your workload. The scope, fees and service period are confirmed privately before work begins.

Can you work with our templates and style guide?

Yes. Supply the current templates, terminology and examples of approved documents so we can apply them consistently.

What if our workload changes?

We review the revised requirements and confirm any changes to capacity, fees or timelines before accepting additional work.

How are revisions handled?

Review stages and revisions follow the agreed scope and the Refund & Revision Policy. Changes to the original brief may require a revised quote.

What to Include in Your Enquiry

Include your recurring document types, approximate monthly or project volume, typical deadlines, existing templates, source information, approval process and preferred start date.

We will review the workload and propose a defined support arrangement with clear deliverables, capacity and pricing.
